Vibrio species are a major concern in shrimp hatcheries due to their role as opportunistic pathogens causing vibriosis, a serious bacterial disease that leads to high mortality in shrimp larvae. These bacteria are naturally present in estuarine and marine environments but can become pathogenic under certain conditions, causing significant production losses in shrimp aquaculture.
To overcome vibrio infections in shrimp hatcheries, we developed a specialised high potent hatchery probiotic formula vibrocure with proven vibriocidal probiotic microbial consortium fortified with antioxidants and immune stimulants to boost the immunity in addition to control vibrio species in shrimp hatcheries.
